You are invited to join a small group of 6 freelancers on an 8-week journey.

This 8-week coaching program will give you the confidence, direction, and feedback you need to step up your freelance writing game.

Each week, we’ll meet over Zoom to discuss high-level strategies that form the foundation for a lasting career. You’ll then get assignments to put these concepts into action and learn how they work in the real world. We’ll discuss those assignments at the beginning of each session, and you’ll get personalized feedback on your work.

Working alongside five of your peers, you’ll learn exactly what it takes to be a full-time, professional freelance writer. You’ll peek behind the curtain and learn strategies and systems that expert freelancers use to make serious money on a consistent basis.

Accelerate your freelance writing career.

In the span of just two months, you’ll learn several of the most important strategies that freelance writers need to know.

By the time you’ve finished this program, you’ll be able to:

  • Build systems that provide you with consistent, reliable work
  • Price yourself for what you’re actually worth (and never undercharge again)
  • Create sustainability and security
  • Understand and communicate your value as a businessperson
  • Identify and troubleshoot weaknesses in your career
  • Solve problems for your clients
  • Set and achieve realistic goals
  • Research and work more effectively

I’ll be teaching from personal experience and showing you exactly how I’ve built a long-term career. I’ll also discuss strategies other successful freelancers have used. This is all road-tested stuff.

Let me be clear. I’m not promising to solve every freelancing problem you have. You’re probably not going to make thousands right after you take this bootcamp. But you’ll have the tools to build a career for yourself and overcome obstacles when they arise.

This bootcamp is more than a learning experience—it’s an investment in yourself.

This is not for everyone.

We want to be completely transparent, and that’s why we want to let you know ahead of time that this coaching program is not right for everyone. If you’re not ready to invest your time and energy into building a successful career, then this is not for you. The lessons shared in this program took years of hard work, trial-and-error, and tough lessons to learn. We want to give you a shortcut, but it’s not going to do all the work for you.

My goal is to keep you from making costly errors and to set you up for success. If you’re ready to invest in your freelance writing career, now is the time to commit.

Schedule

The workshop starts on Monday, November 1st and ends on December 20th. The meetings will be held at 2pm ET / 10am PT / 6pm GMT. Expect them to last around an hour and a half.

Here’s a look at the full curriculum:

Week 1: Mindset

Understand what it means to be a freelancer and learn to identify & solve problems in your career. Gain the right mindset so that you’ll be able to tackle obstacles without fear.

Week 2: Value

A deep dive into value. You’ll learn about different types of value, and you’ll also learn why it’s crucial to become a problem solver (and not just a “writer”).

Week 3: Research

You’ll learn expert research strategies that will allow you to save time when creating content. You’ll also be building research systems to combine approaches and streamline your processes.

Week 4: Sales

“Sales” isn’t a dirty word anymore. You’ll learn why the ability to sell yourself is vital, and you’ll gain a thorough understanding of how to position yourself and communicate your value.

Week 5: Acquisition

We’ll break down both active and passive systems for finding work that pays well. This is job-seeking information that will take you to the next level.

Week 6: Pricing

Never undercharge again. We’ll cover everything about pricing in detail, from establishing your rate to raising it.

Week 7: Sustainability

The key to a freelance writing career. You’ll learn how to create and maintain sustainability so that you’ll be able to freelance with confidence.

Week 8: Goals

We’ll look at both short-term and long-term goals and methods for setting both types of goals. With these strategies, you’ll be able to grow your career at any stage.

After the 8 weeks, I’ll continue to be available to answer your questions and provide follow up mentoring for an additional 8 weeks.

The tuition for the 8 weeks of training plus the 8 weeks of follow-up support is just two monthly payments of $447.

Please note, enrollment is strictly limited to 6 students. If you are considering joining us, I encourage you to apply right away.
